tonight in church the guy speaking said something that really struck me and that is temptation is opportunity to do good. i dont know if it makes sense to you now, but it really made sense to me tonight. we shouldn't concentrate on the bait that tempts us, but look at the hook!

if i sleep now, i will get exactly 8 hours of sleep and that will be the perfect way to start the perfect morning to what i hope will be the perfect week.
