awake to the disappointment

so anyway, 3 more nights and i'll be sleeping in my own house! hurray hurray! andrew is playing the oboe upstairs and he alternates between oh my darling clementine and his breathing exercise where he just blows continuously till his lungs nearly pop. and the best bit is i hear everything through the thin floors right into my ears. but i think im used to it now.

im waiting for chess to rouse before i start watching ladder 49 on dvd. can't wait. im so bored i have to blog, hence the boring incoherent sentences.

schools ending soon, i am very happy cos i can't wait for the other course to start in a nerdy sort of way. i want to be challenged sort of you know? today there was a straight forward pythagoras theorem question about an airplane and the wind blowing which i answered using my knowledge of relative velocity. it was the last question in the exercise and i wanted to prolong it. hahaa, im in a really really sorry state aren't i?

just finished reading 5 people you meet in heaven. it was really a good good book and i got so many nice excerpts out of it. i can't wait to read tuesdays with morrie next. and ty, if you're reading this (although i doubt it), i will definitely read the alchemist, but at the moment, not right now, ya get it? :)

"Lost love is still love, Eddie. It takes a different form, that's all. You can't see their smile or bring them food or tousle their hair or move them around the dance floor. But when those senses weaken, another heightens. Memory. Memory becomes your partner. You nurture it. You hold it. You dance with it." ----the five people you meet in Heaven

it was another wow bit of the book. it means a lot to me, although it actually was talking about death seperating lovers.
