the field trip today felt extremely bizarre for me and i guess chess too. We walked to the botanics and its so funny b'cos the teachers dont rlly care, they walk ahead and people just doodle along not caring.some smoke while walking and it was just strange. it's rlly in your face that we're now somewhat grown up. it's feels weird not having teachers behind you shooing you and telling you to close the gaps and stop yakking and taking our time. it feels weird too how we're all in different clothes without uniform, and how people smoke along the way. we crossed the roads too and nobody cared. hahaa. its rlly funny but in singapore theres always a teacher obssessing over your safety and how you carry yourself in public. all this is just strange.
at the botanics we kind of just walked along and there were stops here and there to talk about plants and stuff. then we stopped to feed the ducks! it was rlly funny and our bio teacher had a pigeon on him eating out of his hand. it was pretty scary with it flapping like mad. i would have freaked out and swatted the bird off long ago if it were me. i didnt feed any though, not that keen on having a bird peck food off my palm.
we had a physics lab too, which meant that we only had 2 lessons in the building and 2 other lessons outside. quite a refreshing change. yay :)
close your eyes and think of me and soon I will be there to brighten up even your darkest nights.
